Making a Purchase from Compound Security
Making a purchase is simple and could not be easier. Just browse our online catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy your order.
We accept all major debit and credit cards. We do not hold your credit card details on file and all transactions take place on a 128-bit encrypted secure server. If you prefer we are happy to accept purchases over the telephone.
All orders are subject to 20% VAT which is included in all prices shown on our website.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128-bit encryption. They are not held in clear text on any web site and we do not store any payment details.
Delivery & Shipping Information
All our parcels are shipped out with Interlink Express, please go towww.interlinkexpress.com to track your order.
All deliveries are Monday-Friday.

How Long Does Delivery Take?
Orders must be received before 1.30pm for next working day delivery. Occasionally this can take up to 2 working days dependent on your location. Excluding Northern and Southern Ireland where delivery takes longer. If your order has been dispatched and it hasn’t arrived as planned, we ask that you first contact the courier with your tracking number. Failing this, please contact us. Next day delivery is available subject to stock availability, cleared funds and customer address verification. Next Day delivery excludes weekends and bank Holidays. Orders to Southern Ireland can take up to 4 working days.
Please note our shipper delivers between 7.30am - 17.00pm. If you are unavailable between these times then you will be left a card to contact your nearest Interlink depot to arrange re-delivery. The drivers can only return to a customer once more after they have left a calling card, If you still are unavailable the goods will be returned to the local depot for collection.
If your goods are scheduled to be delivered and you have received an incomplete order, this is usually because we ship your order in more than one consignment. We often dispatch in this way as we use more than one warehouse. If some of your goods have not arrived by the end of the due delivery date, please contact us.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product or your product becomes faulty please contact us and a member of our team and will discuss your returns request.
Compound Security do not operate a "sale or return" policy or advance replacements.
If your product is found to be faulty you will either be offered an exact replacement (if the product cannot be repaired) or a refund.
The following exclusions apply to the returns policies stated above:
- Goods that are not in their original packaging and not in good condition are excluded and will be rejected by our warehouse.
- Goods that have items missing.
- Any goods with cut cables, or any modifications of any kind will be rejected by our warehouse and you will not be eligible for a refund.
- All warranties exclude product misuse, acts of God i.e. lightening strikes, or damaged by normal wear & tear.
All products shown are new and covered by manufacturers warranty for a minimum of 12 months unless otherwise stated. (All warranties exclude product misuse, or items damaged by normal wear & tear). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations
You have the right to cancel your order with us, in accordance with Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. The period in which you can exercise that right is 14 working days beginning the day after your goods are received.
Please note the following:
- The unused goods (including any free gifts) must be returned as originally packaged at the customer’s expense.
- We reserve the right to have the goods inspected by a technician prior to replacement or refund.
