Facilities Management magazine have today announced the 50 products to reach the finals of their second annual Awards for the product to make the biggest impact in the FM sector 2014. “With competition from the likes of Mitie, Dyson and Stanley, a small company like ours is delighted to be shortlisted” says Si Morris Commercial Director of Compound Security “but we are not holding our breath for a win”.
RaiderVision for which Compound Security have been nominated is an external Dual Optic Optex PIR that has been modified by Compound to provide illumination and visual verification in complete darkness out to 15 meters. The RaiderVision PIR is completely wireless and connects to Compound’s RDAS+ battery powered wireless security system.
The RDAS+ wireless battery powered security system was the first such system for vacant property, construction sites, farms etc. to meet the latest SSAIB and NSI standards for such systems and are the only such systems available on the market that Installers and FM companies can actually purchase.
“We are a relatively small company” says Si morris “but we pride ourselves on the design and implementation of cutting edge technology and the provision of arguably the most reliable and user-friendly rapid deployment security systems around ”
