A Passive Infrared sensor (PIR sensor) can be used to trigger/activate your Compound Security Systems security device. When a person walks into the IR monitored area, motion will be detected and the attached security device will be activated.
At Compound Security we supply both internal and external PIR sensors, operating with either a single or dual beam. Our dual beam PIR sensors allow for a reduction in false activation by animals.
Please note that the PIR sensors for sale on our website are listed for use only with Compound Security Systems security products as they have been modified by our engineers.
