When you receive your VX GPRS PIR, there are two actions you need to take. First you complete an online setup form on our website. The information from this is transferred directly to our secure servers. The system is then completely programmed by our staff.
Secondly, there is a card inside the product box with all the details of the ARC (Alarm Receiving Centre). Simply call the number on the card. Provide them the reference number printed on the card and they will activate monitoring of your system. It could not be easier.
