Storage yards have long been neglected in main stream security. Most often the main building has a security system but the yard relies on perhaps barbed wire fence tops and a CCTV camera. The problem with this is that if somone has planned to break into your yard, they will often bring wire cutters. The CCTV they are just not afraid off these days. This is because only 3% of CCTV footage results in a prosecution, mainly because the image quality is too low. Additionally many of these CCTV systems are not monitored 24/7 and when they are monitored, unless the monitoring staff are conscientious, intruders can still be missed.

The dual beam technology means that they are highly immune to false activations by birds, cats, dog, foxes and bad weather. This gives you the peace of mind that if the alarm goes off in the middle of the night, it is not because a cat has got on to your site and it is definetly worth getting up.
