RDAS - GSM, is a completely self contained security system in a box.
Developed originally as a short term emergency security tool, RDAS can be implemented within minutes at any location in order to provide 'stop gap' security to premises that have been damaged, burgled or for any other reason are without power and/or telephone connection.

Wireless / GSM Alarm Technology
Wireless GSM alarms are a recent development allowing security for properties and areas that historically have been difficult to secure due to lack of power and or telephone lines.
The RDAS - GSM, portable alarm system was the first system of its kind anywhere in the world, designed specifically for rapid deployment in emergency security situations where traditional wired security systems have failed or in areas where power and telephone lines are not readily available. Whilst we have superceeded the RDAS GSM with the RDAS GPRS and RDAS+ systems, the RDAS GSM is still ideal for smaller applications.
The RDAS portable alarm system consists of a GSM communications unit contained within an impact and water proof Peli case. The case also houses the battery packs and for ease of portability, the arm/disarm switch and two PIR's which are removed at the time of deployment. The case can then be concealed anywhere on site, out of the way.
Once the RDAS portable alarm system has been powered up and the control case concealed, it is simply a matter of putting up the PIR's either with screws or high tack sticky pads. You then arm the system via the wireless arm/disarm switch that should be mounted close to the entrance/exit.
The system can then be left for up to 12 months before batteries will need to be changed.

For the device to be activated, you will need to purchase a "trigger" unit/detector (15 individual units can be added to a single system). We offer a number of high performance detectors including:

- Wireless Panic Button
- BUG (Mounted directly on plant/machinery - triggered if it senses motion)

FAST System Setup (10 minutes) & Straight Forward Operation
- Remove PIR's from case and mount at desired locations
- Program mobile number(s) into control unit via SMS message
- Remove remote key switch from case and mount by site entrance/exit
- Switch unit on inside case
- Hide control case within the site
- Arm system on leaving the site via the arm/disarm switch

Power failures
Many areas of the UK and indeed the world suffer from power failures, especially during winter months when weather can cause stress etc. to disrupt power lines.
